Promotion Period: Monday 28 September 2026 to Sunday 20 December 2026 ("Promotion Period")

Main Sponsor: World Travellers Blenheim

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Shop & Win promotion ("Promotion") is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and the Main Sponsor, World Travellers Blenheim.

1.2 Entry into the Promotion is only available to customers who make a qualifying purchase at a participating store in Blenheim during the Promotion Period.

1.3 Employees (and their immediate families) of a participating store are not eligible to enter the Promotion using a receipt from the store where they are employed. This does not prevent such employees from entering using a receipt from a genuine purchase made at a different participating store.

2. How to Enter

2.1 Customers receive one (1) entry for every $20 (GST inclusive) spent in a single transaction at a participating store during the Promotion Period.

2.2 Customers receive one (1) additional bonus entry for every $100 (GST inclusive) spent in a single transaction, on top of their standard entries under clause 2.1. For example, a $220 transaction earns 11 standard entries (1 per $20) plus 2 bonus entries (1 per $100) = 13 entries total. Entries are calculated per transaction and are not cumulative across multiple separate transactions.

2.3 To claim an entry, the customer must, at the time of purchase:

(a) clearly write their full name, email address, and phone number on the back of their original store receipt; and

(b) place the completed receipt into the official Shop & Win entry box located in the store where the purchase was made.

2.4 Only original, valid receipts from a participating store, correctly completed with all details and deposited during the Promotion Period, are eligible. Illegible, incomplete, duplicated, photocopied, or altered receipts/entries may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion.

2.5 There is no limit to the number of entries a single customer may accumulate through genuine, separate purchases during the Promotion Period.

3. Prize Draws

3.1 Spot Prizes: Throughout the Promotion Period, the Promoter may conduct additional “spot prize” draws at random, unannounced times, drawing from all eligible receipts received up to that point. For the purposes of Spot Prize draws only, each eligible receipt counts as one (1) entry, regardless of the amount spent or the number of standard or bonus entries that receipt earned under clauses 2.1 and 2.2 for the Major Draw. The number, timing, and frequency of spot prizes are not fixed or predetermined and are entirely at the Promoter's discretion.

3.2 Major Draw: A final major prize draw will be held at the close of the Promotion Period from all eligible entries received during the entire Promotion Period (weighted according to clauses 2.1 and 2.2, including entries already drawn in Spot Prize draws, unless stated otherwise). 3.3 All winners will be determined by random draw. Spot Prize and Major draws will be conducted using a random selection method.

3.4 The Promoter's decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion, including the conduct of the draws, is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

4.1 Winners will be notified by phone and/or email using the details provided on their entry within 5 business days of the relevant draw.

4.2 If a winner cannot be contacted, or does not respond and claim their prize, within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw and select an alternative winner from the same eligible entry pool.

4.3 Winners may be required to provide proof of identity before a prize is released.

4.4 Prizes must be collected from World Travellers Blenheim in the case of the major prize, and from Business Trust Marlborough in the case of Spot Prizes unless otherwise arranged with the Promoter.

5. Prize Conditions

5.1 Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged for any other item.

5.2 If a prize (or any part of it) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.

5.3 Any costs associated with claiming or using a prize not expressly included in the prize (e.g. travel to a collection point, incidental expenses) are the winner's responsibility.

6. Privacy and Use of Personal Information

6.1 By entering the Promotion, entrants consent to the collection and use of their name, email address, and phone number for the purposes of:

(a) administering the Promotion, including conducting draws and contacting winners; and

(b) being added to the customer database of the specific store where the entry was made; and

(c) being added to the customer database of the Main Sponsor, World Travellers, for future marketing and communications purposes, including by email, text message, or phone.

6.2 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications from the store and/or World Travellers at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in those communications, without affecting their entry into the current Promotion.

6.3 Personal information will be collected, held, used, and disclosed in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Entrants have the right to access and request correction of their personal information held by the Promoter by contacting manager@businesstrustmarlborough.co.nz or World Travellers by contacting [email address].

6.4 Winners' names and photo may be published by the Promoter (e.g. in-store, on social media, or on the Promoter's website) to announce prize winners.

6.5 By claiming a prize, winners agree that the Promoter and World Travellers may take photographs and/or video of the winner (including at the point of prize collection or handover) and may use the winner's name, photograph, and/or likeness in promotional and marketing material relating to the Promotion, including in-store displays, social media, print advertising, and websites, without further payment or compensation to the winner.

7. General Conditions

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who has tampered with the entry process.

7.2 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority, without liability to any entrant, in the case of anything occurring which is beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

7.3 The Promoter and World Travellers accept no responsibility for any late, lost, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, or damaged entries.

7.4 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter and World Travellers exclude all liability for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or a prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7.5 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
