Business Mentors
We also act as the Mentor Manager for Business Mentors NZ which is a nationwide network of volunteer business mentors.
Locally we have a pool of over 55 very talented, experienced mentors who regularly volunteer their time to assist new and existing businesses. Prior to becoming a mentor all applicants are screened and interviewed. They also are required to attend an Accreditation Training Day and sign a Mentor Agreement Contract which covers potential issues such as conflicts of interest or confidentiality.
The Mentor Programme is 12 months of confidential one-on-one advice for owners of small and medium-sized businesses and organisations that are currently trading and who want to grow or need help to solve specific business challenges.
