Business Networking

There are different types of networking events available that will suit different people:

• Biz Break – we run a monthly networking event morning tea, 10am-11am on the third Thursday of each month. The purpose is for business owners to learn more about the support available for business and to meet other businesspeople. There is no cost to attend.
• Biz Breakfast – we also run this a monthly networking event, 7.30am-8.45am on the first Friday of the month. Purpose is to network and hear a guest speaker. Those attending buy their own breakfast.
• BNI (Business Networking International) – meets every Thursday upstairs over breakfast at the Clubs of Marlborough. 7am-8.30am.  The purpose is for business owners to promote their business to other business owners and make new connections. There is no cost for visitors. www.bni.com
• The Networkers – two groups meet in Blenheim, Monday 7.30am-8.30am and Monday 9am-10am.  Create business opportunities by helping people build new connections and strong relationships. An opportunity for business owners to network and hear a guest speaker.  www.thenetworkers.co.nz
• Marlborough Chamber of Commerce – hold a variety of events, some are members only and some are open to anyone. Their website lists what is on and how to register. www.marlboroughchamber.nz
