The current fuel crisis has highlighted how dependent our society is on fossil fuels, and many people are looking for a more sustainable way of working - sustainable for the planet and sustainable in terms of costs that don't fluctuate on the price of oil. But how did we get to this point as a society and is there anything we can really do about it?
We all want to live a more sustainable life and run sustainable businesses, but how? In this course Alistair Schorn will be looking at what it means to be sustainable, how did we get here and how can we get out of it, what different areas of sustainability we can look at, how being sustainable can also make the most economic sense, and how to measure your carbon emissions so you have the answers your clients, bank or insurance company may be looking for.
This course will be practical and informative, learning about the whys, hows, ins and outs of this important topic, and you'll go away with some things you can implement in your business now to save time, money and the planet.
