COVID-19 Information

The COVID-19 pandemic has seen a lot of changes to our country and economy in a very short space of time, with many businesses having to change the way they operate or shut their doors during this time.

As part of the Regional Business Partner Network, we are asking people to complete the Business Impacts & Trends of COVID-19 form. This will better inform government about business support and allow decisions about the right supports to be put in place. Click here to download, you can complete this on your computer or phone, save, and then email back to manager@businesstrustmarlborough.co.nz. All responses are confidential.

Contact Tracing

Information on Contact Tracing for businesses can be found on the Unite Against COVID-19 website, click here.

Information on the Contact Tracing App can be found here. Please note, that according to the Ministry of Health website, 'Businesses should continue to keep appropriate contact tracing records for all customers regardless of whether or not they sign into the premises with NZ COVID Tracer.'

If you would like to use our Contact Tracing single forms rather than a sheet that allows others to see everyone's details:

  1. Click here to download the template (details based on NZ Government template)
  2. Print and cut into 8 individual sheets
  3. Put a box with a slot (like a contest) with the sheets and sanitised pens out for your clients
  4. At the end of the day, empty the box into an envelope and mark with the date
